Students at Launchpad KS4 are encouraged to explore a wide range of career choices through our PSHE programme. In PSHE students follow an employability and skills programme were they are encouraged to explore a wide range of career choices.  

We aim to prepare our pupils for future opportunities in the world of study and ultimately their working life. They practice writing CVs, personal statements and applying for jobs exploring further education, apprenticeships, university.
