During the national lockdown in 2020 – 2021 we asked parents and carers about their learning experience during the latest lockdown.
Here are some of the parental responses we received.
Do you feel supported by the staff at the Launchpad during this period of lockdown?
Yes, the staff are in touch on a regular basis, giving advice and are very helpful.
Yes, Just wish I could do more at this end.
I feel that if there is a problem or a question I can do this through Epraise and I always get a response. I also feel that my son was at school I didn’t need him to be checked in on.
I have had regular visits and messages from Launchpad and feel very much supported

Communication- I have received regular updates from teachers and support workers and when there was an issue with my child's laptop it was resolved quickly
