Our intent for each student at KS3 is to inspire and re-engage them with their learning. We aim to create an environment which invites all students to reflect on their true potential within a nurturing, educational environment. Each subject enriches the experiences of our students which supports the curriculum as well as their lifelong learning. Our curriculum inspires our students to learn and positively engage with their learning. Our curriculum focuses on students’ well-being, learning and preparation for the future.

We aim to reengage students with their education to increase their opportunities as they progress to KS4. We work with some students who have become disengaged with school and education We are proud to see how our students develop with our guidance as they improve their resilience, confidence and self-esteem.

Student progress is recorded, and learning is planned around their identified next steps. We encourage collaboration within the classroom to further improve students’ academic abilities as well as facilitating their social and communication skills.
