The Healthy Living Team is joining up with other services including Smokefree St Helens to form a new ‘one stop shop’ to help make it easier for local people to improve their health and wellbeing.

You can now call a single number, or drop-in at one of the central hubs or outreach sessions to access advice and help with healthy eating, exercise, weight management, stopping smoking, breastfeeding, emotional and social wellbeing, oral health and volunteering.

When you contact the service we will work with you to help you decide which services could make a difference to your health and wellbeing. By just making some small changes you can make a big difference to the way you feel.

CHCP have been providing the Smokefree St Helens service for over 4 years and will now be delivering a full range of wellbeing services commissioned by St Helens Council. We provide a wide range of high quality, safe health and care services in St Helens, Knowsley, Wigan, Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire. We are a co-owned 'for better profit' organisation, investing profits into our services, colleagues and the communities we work in.
